I'm trying to lose weight and achieve a look more "tonic" for three weeks, I will work hard, but not too hard, every day for the next three weeks. (more)

One hour. Cardiovascular exercises and light weights.
I would say, 60-90 minutes per day, like 5 days a week. You should be very good results.
You can go jogging or power walking, walking or if you have a subscription to the gym to use the machines and ellipitcal. In addition, lunges and squats are a very good exercise for the legs and buttocks.
